NEWARK, NJ — December 22, 2025 — The Alexander Skye Group proudly announced the success of its annual "Do Good Business" Holiday Event, a gathering that transformed a standard networking evening into a powerful showcase of intentionality and ethical growth. Hosted at the Dutch Restaurant within the TRYP by Wyndham Hotel, the event drew over 55 business owners, civic leaders, and entrepreneurs from across the tri-state area.
While rooted in Newark, the event demonstrated significant regional pull, with approximately 60% of attendees traveling from outside the city to participate. The diverse crowd included CEOs, media professionals, political figures, and emerging voices, all convened to champion the concept that profitability and integrity must go hand-in-hand.
The program featured insights from a powerful lineup of speakers, including Precious Williams (The Perfect Pitch Group), Andrew Frazier (SBPro University), Jimmy Newson (Moving Forward Small Business), and hosts Corey and Nakeicha Wilson. However, the event’s most defining characteristic was its ability to foster genuine human connection among the attendees.
In a poignant moment illustrating this impact, attendee Dan M. De Nose—an author and nonprofit founder—shared a personal revelation from the floor. Having studied the work of speaker Precious Williams for years as part of his own development, De Nose revealed that this event provided his first opportunity to meet her in person, underscoring the gathering as a rare intersection where preparation meets opportunity.
Validating the impact of the evening, attendee Angelica Ogando stated: “Corey A. Wilson thank you so much for creating a wonderful community of entrepreneurs and professionals who support each other and celebrate each other's wins.

Nakeicha Wilson, Co-Founder of Alexander Skye Group, emphasized the deeper mission of the gathering: “This event represents more than networking. It reflects a commitment to building businesses that are not only profitable, but responsible to their customers, their communities, and each other.”
Supported by the Newark Alliance, the event successfully bridged the gap between established corporate leaders and community advocates. The Alexander Skye Group is committed to cultivating an ongoing community that remains engaged and holds itself to a higher standard of ethical business practices.
As a continuation of the Do Good Business mission, Alexander Skye Group is launching a digital business community designed to give entrepreneurs direct access to experienced advisors, accomplished business leaders, and a growing network of peers committed to ethical growth and operational excellence.
The community will serve as a collaborative space where business owners can engage in structured discussions, receive practical guidance, and learn from real-world experience—bridging the gap between inspiration and execution.
